Your week · Training and body goals

Does it understand my goals and how I train?

Food for your goal and the work you want to do.

Lose fat, build muscle or maintain. Your goal, body and training shape the fuel you need across the day. KEXBI works out those needs, then turns them into meals shaped by your tastes and routine.

What are you working towards?

Lose fat, build muscle or maintain?

Your goal matters alongside the energy you need to train and live. KEXBI brings those needs together in the amounts and timing of your food, so a target becomes something you can put on your plate.

Start with the outcome you want. Then see how it fits the work you want to do.

Do I have to change how I train?

Bring your training. Or build towards a race.

Bring your existing runs, lifts and other workouts into KEXBI. If you need a race plan, start with your event and the time you can make available. Both routes give your food plan the training it needs to work around.

Your race plan, strength sessions, recovery and rest days all belong in the same week.

How does my training become a food plan?

Confirm your training.
Build your food around it.

Review the sessions and times in your training week, including recovery and rest days. Add what is missing, then confirm the schedule so KEXBI can build your meals and portions around the week ahead.

Start with the schedule. Then review how your body goal and training fit together.

What if my goal and training pull apart?

See the trade-off. Keep the choice.

A demanding training block can change what matters most for the next few weeks. When fat loss and fuelling that work pull in different directions, KEXBI can suggest easing or pausing the deficit. Review the reason and choose whether to accept. An agreed pause moves the plan to maintenance for those weeks, then continues the remaining fat-loss phase.

The proposed change stays a proposal until you choose to apply it.

What changes when my training changes?

The training changes.
Your food follows.

Your training shapes more than a calorie target. Alongside your goal and routine, it helps determine meal timing, portions and whether the session calls for fuel while you train.

A lighter session. A different food plan.

The ride’s timing and effort shape your meals and drinks. An easy session does not need the same fuelling plan as a long run.

What if my workout differs from the plan?

The training you did matters too.

Record your completed workouts so KEXBI can account for the work you actually did. Your training history helps inform the energy estimates behind your fuelling.

Your planned training sets the starting point. Your completed training adds context.

Before you go

A few things you might be wondering.

How does my training focus change the food?

Strength and power, endurance, hybrid or general wellness give the plan its starting point. Your body goal and the sessions in your week then shape the daily amounts. A hybrid week can include very different demands from lifting and longer endurance sessions.

Is this personalised to me?

Yes. Your body goal, body measurements and training schedule shape your energy needs and meal portions. Hard sessions, lighter days and rest days each contribute to the plan.

Can I keep my existing training?

Yes. Bring your training into the week and let the food plan account for it. Building a race plan in KEXBI is another option.

Does this include days when I do not train?

Yes. The plan covers the whole week, including everyday energy needs and rest days.

What if I move a workout?

KEXBI can offer to revise the affected day. You review the change before applying it.
